This Privacy Policy describes how EnCaisse (“we”, “the app”) collects, uses, and shares information when you use our mobile application.
EnCaisse is a shared group cash (“caisse”) app that helps people track deposits, expenses, and a live group balance.
Account information: name, email, authentication identifiers (email/password or Google Sign-In), optional profile photo.
Group and activity data: groups, invite codes, memberships, movements (amounts, titles, categories, dates), optional receipt images, audit history.
Device / notifications: FCM token (if notifications allowed), on-device settings (language, theme).
Advertising: Android Advertising ID may be used by Google AdMob.
Photos: accessed only when you attach a receipt or change a photo.
We do not sell your personal information.

Group members can see shared group content. We may disclose information if required by law.
Data is kept while your account/groups are active. Soft-deleted movements may be retained briefly for undo. We use industry-standard providers; no system is 100% secure.
EnCaisse is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age in your country).
You may request access, correction, or deletion of personal data by contacting us. You can also update your profile in-app, revoke Google access, disable notifications, or uninstall the app.
Ads may be shown via AdMob. See Google’s advertising policies.
